How to Create a New Agency
As a Super Admin, you can invite and create new agencies. This is done by sending an agency invite. Once the invite is accepted, the new agency is created.
1. Access the Agency Menu
- Log in as Super Admin.


- In the header, find the Agencies menu.


- Hover over Agencies to see a dropdown menu with options:
- Create an Agency
- Agencies


2. Open the Agency List Page
- If you click on Agencies, you will land on the Business Page, which shows a table of all agencies.
- On this page, click the Add button to open the Invite Agency form.
3. Open the Invite Form Directly
- If you click on Create an Agency from the dropdown menu, the Invite Agency form will pop up directly.


4. Fill Out the Invite Form
The Invite Agency form contains the following fields:
- Recipient Name – The name of the agency owner.
- Email – The email where the invite will be sent.
- Plan – The subscription plan for the new agency.
After filling out the form, click Send Invite. The system will send an invitation email to the recipient.


Example: Creating a New Agency
Suppose you want to create an agency for John Smith.

Log in as Super Admin.

Hover over Agencies and select Create an Agency.

Fill in the form:
- Recipient Name: John Smith
- Email: john@agency.com
- Plan: Premium

Click Send Invite.
John will receive an email invitation. Once he accepts, his new agency will be created and appear in your agency list.
