All Services
The App Connections section lets you link your account with other apps and services you use. By connecting apps like Mailgun, Twilio, Gmail, or a custom SMTP, you can send emails, manage messages, and handle communication directly from your system without needing to switch between different tools.
Connections can be made at two levels:
- Business Level – The app connection is shared across the whole business or agency. For example, if Mailgun is connected at the business level, everyone in that business can use it for sending emails.
- Personal Level – The app connection belongs only to the individual user who set it up. For example, a user can connect their personal Gmail account without affecting others.

When you open the App Connections page, you will see all the connected apps displayed in a card format. Each card shows the app’s name, connection status, and action buttons.

To create a new connection, click on the “New Connection” button. You will then see four options:
- Mailgun – For sending and receiving emails.
- Twilio – For SMS and phone call services.
- Custom SMTP – For using your own email server.
- Gmail (SMTP) – For connecting with your Gmail account (both business and personal).
After selecting one of these options, you’ll need to fill in the required credentials (like username, password, or API key). Once done, click the “Save Connection” button, and your app will be connected and ready to use.

Example: Imagine you run a franchise and want to send appointment reminders to your customers. You can connect Twilio in App Connections. Once it’s connected, the system can automatically send SMS reminders to your customers without you having to do it manually. Similarly, if you want all your outgoing emails to go through Gmail, just connect Gmail SMTP, and the system will use it for sending mail.
