Create a Global Template

Create a reusable global template for workflows, pipelines, or reports.

Before You Start

  • Make sure you are logged in as Super Admin.
  • Make sure the original item already exists before you turn it into a template.

Steps

  1. Open the Settings page from the Super Admin dashboard.

  1. Open Templates from the settings sidebar.

  1. Choose the template category you want to create, such as Workflow, Pipeline, or Report.

  1. Click Add Template.
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Tags or Keywords
    • Select Item
    • Is Global
  3. Turn on Is Global if you want the template to be available system-wide.
  4. Click Save.

What Happens Next

The new template appears in the selected category and can be reused across the system.

Notes

  • You can only create a template from an item that already exists.
  • Use Is Global only when the template should be shared system-wide.
