Staff
The Staff section helps you manage all the people who work in your business. Here, you can add new team members, send invitations, and keep track of who has joined or not. It is divided into two parts: Staff Details and Invitations.
1. Staff Details
In this section, you will see a table that lists all the staff members. The table shows their email, role, and other important details.


- To add a new staff member, click the “Add” button. A form will pop up where you can fill in the details, including the staff member’s email address. Once you click “Send Invite”, the system will send an invitation email to that address so they can join.


- There is also an “Export” button, which lets you download all or selected staff details into a CSV or Excel file.


- To view or update a staff member’s details, click on their email in the table. This opens a details sheet, where you can see their information and use the “Edit” button to make updates.


- Each record in the table also has an actions button shown as a “…” (three dots) icon. Clicking it will give you options to Edit, View, or Delete a staff member.


2. Invitations
This section shows the list of invitations that have been sent to staff members. For each invite, you can see the status, which will either be Accepted (if the person joined) or Pending (if they haven’t accepted yet). This helps you track who still needs to complete their registration.


Example: Imagine you’re adding three new sales staff to your franchise. You go to Staff Details, click Add, and send invitations to their emails. Two of them accept right away, so in the Invitations tab their status shows as Accepted. The third one is still deciding, so their status shows as Pending. Once they accept, they’ll appear in your staff list, ready to start working.
