Profile
The Profile section helps you manage your personal settings, availability, and app connections. It is divided into three parts: Profile, Availability, and Connections.
1. Profile
This part is all about your personal details.
- You can update your information by clicking the pen icon. Once you click it, the form becomes editable. After making changes, click “Update Profile” to save your updates.


- There is also a “Change Password” button. When you click it, a form will pop up where you can enter your old password and create a new one. This makes it easy to keep your account secure.


2.Availability
In this section, you can set the days and times you are available. This schedule connects directly with your Calendar, so when someone tries to book an appointment, it will only show the times you have marked as available. This way, you never get double-booked or interrupted outside your working hours.


3.Connections
Here, you can manage your personal app connections.


Example: Imagine you’re a franchise manager. In your Profile, you update your phone number and email address so clients always have the right contact info. In Availability, you set your working hours as Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, so customers can only book meetings during those times.
