Template
Inside settings, there’s a section for managing templates, all shown in a table format. Each row represents a template, with its name and other details visible in columns.
To create a new template, you click the “Add” button. This opens up choices for either Email or SMS templates. For example, if you pick Email, you can make a Welcome Email template — either as plain text (“Hi John, welcome aboard!”) or as an HTML design with logos, buttons, and styled sections. If you pick SMS, you might create something like an Appointment Reminder text: “Hi "Name", your meeting is scheduled for tomorrow at 3 PM.”

There’s also an “Export” button at the top, which lets you download either all or just the selected templates in .csv or .excel formats.

If you want to look into one template more deeply, you just click on its name in the table. That action opens a side sheet where you can see the template’s full details, along with an Edit button that allows updates. Additionally, each row has a “...” action menu that gives you quick options to view, edit, or delete a template directly.
