Pipeline

The Pipeline is a tool that helps you track and organize your business process step by step. Think of it like a roadmap where you can see how things move from start to finish. With pipelines, you can manage leads, sales, or projects in a clear and structured way.

When you open the Pipeline page, you will see a table that lists all the pipelines you already have. The table shows details like the pipeline name, its status, and other quick actions you can take. This makes it easy to manage everything in one place.

To add a new pipeline, click on the “Add” button. You will then see two choices:

  • Create from Scratch – Build your pipeline step by step, just the way you want.
  • Use a Template – Choose from ready-made templates provided by the Super Admin, which saves time and gives you a starting point.

If you want to export your pipelines, you can use the “Export” button. With this, you can download all or selected pipelines into a CSV or Excel file. This is useful for saving a backup or sharing pipeline details with your team.

Once the pipeline is created, this page will appear. In the Action section, you'll see three dots(...). Click on them to reveal options to edit the pipeline, add stages, and update it.

To see the details of a single pipeline, click on its name in the table. This will open a details sheet on the side of the page. The sheet shows the full information about that pipeline. Inside the sheet, you will also find an "Edit” button, which lets you edit or adjust the pipeline whenever you need.

In the pipeline table, there is also a Published field. This comes with a toggle button that helps you publish or unpublish a pipeline. When you click the toggle, a confirmation popup will appear. If you confirm, the pipeline’s status will change right away.

Each Pipeline in the table also has an actions button shown as a “…” (three dots) icon. Clicking on this icon gives you extra options:

  • Edit – Update the tag details.
  • View – Open and check the tag information.
  • Delete – Remove the tag if you no longer need it.

Example: Imagine you run a franchise and want to manage how new customer leads move through your sales process. You can create a pipeline called “Sales Pipeline” with steps like New Lead → Contacted → Meeting → Closed Deal. If later you want to pause the pipeline because you’re testing a new process, you can simply use the toggle to unpublish it. When you’re ready, publish it again with one click.
