Domain Management

Overview​

The Domain Management section is where you connect and manage custom domains for websites created in your website builder. This allows you to use your own domain name instead of a default system-generated address.

You can open this page from Settings. After clicking the settings icon in the header, you will land on the default Business Setting page. From there, open the Domain menu in the sidebar to reach the domain management area.

What You Can Do Here​

From the Domain Management page, you can:

  • View connected domains
  • Add a new custom domain
  • Complete domain verification
  • Manage DNS connection details

Connect Domain Flow​

To add a domain, click Connect Domain. This opens a multi-step setup form.

Step 1: Connect Website Domain​

In this step, choose the purpose of the domain and select the website that the domain should point to.

Step 2: Host​

In this step, enter the exact host value for the domain you want to connect.

Step 3: DNS Setup​

In this step, you configure the required DNS records. This may include:

  • TXT Record
  • Primary Record
  • CNAME Record

After adding the required DNS records in your domain provider, click Start Verification to begin the verification process.

Example​

If you created a website in the website builder and want it to open on your own domain, go to Settings → Domain, click Connect Domain, complete the setup form, add the required DNS records, and start verification.
