Schedule

Overview

The Schedule Page is where you can see and manage all your scheduled messages in one place. These messages can be emails or SMS that are planned to be sent later. Instead of going to each contact individually, this page gives you a single view to track everything easily.

What You See

When you open the Schedule Page, you will see a table listing all scheduled messages. Each row shows details such as:

  • Contact Name: The recipient of the message
  • Message Type: Whether it is an email or SMS
  • Scheduled Date and Time: When the message will be sent
  • Current Status: The present state of the scheduled task

This organized view helps you quickly understand what communications are coming up in your pipeline.

Key Actions

If you want to check a specific scheduled message, you can click on the record to view its full details. This allows you to see the message content, the receiver, and the exact time it is scheduled to be sent.

This page is mainly used for monitoring and control. You can delete any scheduled message if it is no longer needed. Once deleted, the message will not be sent.

Use the reschedule option from the contact’s communication thread if you need to change the delivery time.

Example

If you have planned several reminders or follow-up messages for different customers, you can review them all from this page. If one message is no longer needed, delete it here so it does not go out by mistake.
