Share to Sub Accounts

The Share to Sub Account feature allows master or subordinate accounts to share their resources (like Workflows, Reports, Templates, and Pipelines) with connected sub-accounts.
This ensures that all your teams or franchise locations can access standardized assets without recreating them.

1. Overview

When you open any module that supports sharing (such as Workflows, Templates, or Reports), each item has an Actions Menu (⋯).
From this menu, you can select Share to Sub Account to open the sharing modal.

4. Managing Shared Items

  • Accepted Items: Appear directly in the sub-account’s module (e.g., workflows list).
  • Rejected Items: Remain visible in the parent account with a “Rejected” badge.
  • Pending Items: Await confirmation from the sub-account user.

Master accounts can revoke sharing or re-share anytime through the same actions menu.

6. Tips

  • Use this feature to distribute pre-approved assets like automation workflows or branded templates.
  • Shared workflows that include “Split Actions” cannot be shared (for safety and dependency reasons).
  • You can view the share history and current status in each item’s detail sheet.
