How to Pause a Workflow for a Specific Period

What this does

This guide explains how to pause a Workflow in Franmantra CRM.

Pause a Workflow for a set time, such as a holiday, break, or maintenance window.

Before you start

  • Make sure you can open the Workflow settings page.
  • Decide which Workflow you want to pause.
  • Decide the start date and end date for the pause.

Steps

  1. Open Workflow Settings from the header menu.
  2. If needed, open the main Workflow page first.
  3. Click the Workflow Settings tab.
  4. Find the Workflow you want to pause.
  5. Open the pause option for that Workflow.
  6. Choose the start date and end date for the pause.
  7. Save or confirm the pause.

What happens next

The Workflow stays paused during the time you selected. It can run again after that period ends.

Notes

  • Use this when you do not want contacts to move through the Workflow for a short time.
  • Check the dates carefully before you save.

Result

The change is saved in Franmantra CRM and is available to users with the right permissions.

Troubleshooting

  • If you cannot see the option, check your role permissions or ask an admin to update your access.
  • If the update does not appear immediately, refresh the page and confirm you are in the correct Sub-account.
