How to Pause a Workflow for a Specific Period

This guide explains how to pause a Workflow in Franmantra CRM.
Pause a Workflow for a set time, such as a holiday, break, or maintenance window.
Before you start
- Make sure you can open the Workflow settings page.
- Decide which Workflow you want to pause.
- Decide the start date and end date for the pause.
Steps
- Open Workflow Settings from the header menu.
- If needed, open the main Workflow page first.
- Click the Workflow Settings tab.
- Find the Workflow you want to pause.
- Open the pause option for that Workflow.
- Choose the start date and end date for the pause.
- Save or confirm the pause.
What happens next
The Workflow stays paused during the time you selected. It can run again after that period ends.
Notes
- Use this when you do not want contacts to move through the Workflow for a short time.
- Check the dates carefully before you save.
Result
The change is saved in Franmantra CRM and is available to users with the right permissions.
Troubleshooting
- If you cannot see the option, check your role permissions or ask an admin to update your access.
- If the update does not appear immediately, refresh the page and confirm you are in the correct Sub-account.
